I’m amazed by this post, the number of people who suffer anxiety and are forced to take hard meds (that you can’t get off later) is growing. I wish more people knew your story. Thank you for sharing it

Thanks for sharing your story... Love to see how you focused on nervous system regulation with basic hygiene work first (sleep, exercise, sunlight) and then moved on to meaning and work. Without taking care of our bodies our brains can't envision what's possible.
